Ich habe mir ein neues Kochbuch gekauft, aus dem ich täglich neue Rezepte ausprobieren könnte. Sooo viele schöne Inspirationen. Unter anderem diese Süßkartoffel Kokos Suppe. Die Zutaten habe ich ein kleines bisschen nach meinem Geschmack verändert.

An einem heißen Tag kann man sie kalt essen, bei schlechtem Wetter ganz heiß. Sie hat durch den Zimt und das Paprikapulver einen ganz besonderen Geschmack.

Zimt und Paprika habe ich noch nie zusammen verwendet und schon garnicht mit Süßkartoffeln, aber die Kombi schmeckt hervorragend!
